Saturday, August 26, 11:00am to 12:30pm -- Enjoy an invigorating kriya (series of exercises) that will increase your strength and vitality from head to toe. Begin with breath work to increase your lung capacity. Learn how to control your breath, and by extension your mind. Enjoy deep relaxation. Learn a meditation that will help you to define details and have Intuitive Vision.
Sunday, August 27, 9:00am to 10:30am -- Practice a kriya to work your upper energy centers. Through this series of exercises, learn how to strengthen your magnetic field and heart center. After deep relaxation, practice a meditation to strengthen your nervous system, creating a calm and pleasant feeling even under the pressures on our minds and the changes of the times.

Sundays--9am-10:30am (Every first Sunday includes gong relaxation.)
