On Sunday, what options! After class, stay for MutShat's version of Callaloo Soup. Next, help out in the greenhouse. Eat some more soup. Finally, take a walking tour with the New York City Park Rangers at Seton Falls Park at 3pm. It's all good!
ON-GOING KUNDALINI YOGA AND MEDITATION-CLASSES
Wednesdays--6:15pm-7:45pm
Thursdays--6:15-7:45pm-- (Every first Thursday includes gong relaxation)
Fridays--6:15-7:45pm--Kundalini Yoga and Meditation by candlelight
Saturdays--11am-12:30pm
Sundays--9am-10:30am (Every first Sunday includes gong relaxation.)
Note: All ability levels are welcome. Only 9 students accepted per class. Do RSVP. Classes are $15. Class card discounts and membership available.
