Happiness is a personal choice that anyone can make. You can choose to hold on to anger, or release it. You can choose to release sadness, or hold on to it. You can choose to hold on to depression or release it (not including the clinical kind). You can do this using a variety of powerful tools which will set you on a satisfying path of joy and happiness at any given moment in your life.
By use of these tools, we can create our own reality.
In this workshop you will:
*create your own joyful, happy, mixed-media work of art to take home.
*learn the nature of happiness and the science behind it.
*experience a happiness visualization.
*practice three Kundalini Yoga meditations and mantras for happiness, including one for children.
*receive a quote that puts everything into perspective.
*enjoy a healthy vegan meal.
Notes:
1. Bring a small object that represents happiness to you. It should be something you won’t mind adding to your mixed-media collage. Or, take a photo of the object.
