In Light Yoga and Health will be on the water front in Yonkers, New York--a stones throw from the Bronx--offering aura cleanses, Ra Sekhi Kemetic Reiki sessions and foot reflexology as part of the Yonkers Riverfest.  

Participants will have all manner of entertainments with which to be enthralled.-- including Bruno Mars, the R& B, funk, pop, soul, reggae, hip hop and rock artist.  There will be live music on three stages in fact.  There will be international food vendors, arts and crafts, street performances and games and activities.  

In addition to stimulating one's senses with all of these sights and sounds, in the midst of all of this, one can tend to one's higher self as well.  There's nothing like holistic self-care outdoors with the added energy of Mama Nature.
