Come and be a part of a drumming circle!  It's fun, it's healing, it's uplifting!  Learn at least two classic, traditional West African rhythms that dancing feet find irresistible. All ability levels are welcome.  

Bring your own drum.  Don't have one?  Make an investment.  The African Market on 116th Street in Harlem has absolutely beautiful ones.  You have time to get one!  

Classes are July 15, July 29 and August 19 from 1 to 3pm.  The energy exchange is $10.  You must RSVP.  RSVP with your name and number at inlightyoga81@gmail.com
