Kundalini Yoga and Meditation This Week
Without a doubt, yoga makes you feel wonderful and dramatically improves the quality of your life. Kundalini Yoga differs from the more popularized forms of yoga in that when you connect to the practice in your heart, you will experience the deepness of it in your soul. You will experience the powerful benefits of the practice very quickly. Of course, the more you practice, the more you will see yourself transform and awaken to your happy, healthy, God-conscious self .Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is more than a physical practice, it is also a spiritual journey. ANYONE can practice Kundalini Yoga--you go at your own pace.
Gentle Glandular Stimulation and Balance
The Kriyas (series of exercises) we will practice this week have the glandular system as the focus, especially the pituitary gland, which is associated with the 6th Chakra, or Third Eye. The glands are the guardians of our health.
Stress-Relieving Meditations
We will practice a meditation called Secrets of Happiness 1, a Meditation for Guidance, and some meditations for the heart center. Some of the meditations include mantra.
