A West African Drumming Workshop with Raphael Sanders!

Come and learn the rhythms of West African drumming with Raphael Sanders!  You will learn specific West African drumming rhythms that dancing feet find irresistible! Also learn how to weave the sound of the cow bell into a rhythm. 

It's fun, it's healing, it's uplifting--and all ability levels are welcome! 

There will be a limited number of drums available.  You are encouraged to bring your own drum.  Don't have one?  Make an investment.  Every household should have an African drum! The African Marketplace on 116th Street in Harlem has absolutely beautiful ones.  You have time to go and claim yours and bring it on home!
