Led by MutShat, Kemetic energy medicine lightworker and teacher, create a mixed-media collage featuring elements that reflect what you hold sacred. The workshop begins with a Kundalini Yoga Meditation to encourage vitality, creativity and prosperity. See the separate entry for December 14th for details. All ability levels are welcome. The workshop is $35. All art materials will be provided, including canvas.

Sunday, December 15—Things We Hold Sacred, Interpretive Dance Alchemy by Sequoah Glaster, 3:00 PM

Sequoah knew, from the age of 4, that dance was her passion, when she began her education with the Hudson Repertory Dance Theater founded by Alvin Alley Alumnus Freddie Moore. Now performing with the Kingdom Dance Company, Sequoah will, through movement, gift us with her take on things held sacred.

Take home meaningful gifts for yourself and/or loved ones in the form of a book of inspiring poetry and prose, healing energy-infused works of art to elevate the vibration of your home/other environment, and the memory of uplifting dance alchemy.

Entry to this event is FREE. Donations for the poetry presenter and dance performer are encouraged..
